Our Letters of Intent and Purchase Agreements stipulate that you will receive a commission. We disclose this upfront so Sellers can factor it into their initial asking price.
Listing Brokers, we are prepared to purchase unrepresented or under dual agency so you can keep the full commission.
Off-market opportunities – We are open to signing a property-specific buyer agency agreement for when you have a seller that just won’t list.
We can submit Letters of Intent without Rent Roll or Income and Expense statements. Data and experience lets us make estimates when information is missing. Before drafting the Purchase Agreement, we strongly encourage owners to provide rent rolls and income and expense statements for the past three years.
